As of August 17th, 2024, the rules governing the way agent's and brokerages are paid have changed. Every transaction will be a unique situation, and it may be true a buyer will end up paying their realtor for their services. However, it may still be true that the home seller will pay both agents in the transaction. How commissions will be paid, and commission percentages are both negotiable. If you decide to work with me, I will go over what the new structure means for you when buying a home. I look forward to working with you!
Congratulations on deciding to buy and choosing me to help you! If you ended up here first, my suggestion would be to fill out an inquiry form on my website so we can connect either by phone or in person and talk about what you want to accomplish in finding your first home. My next suggestion would be to talk to a loan officer about buying and have them tell you what your purchasing power is. Not sure which lender to call? Don't worry, I can help you with that too!
Yes! Shoot me a text or call to let me know which property you're interested in and we can check it out and make an offer!
I can provide you with a home selling checklist and offer personalized advice on how to prepare your home for sale to ensure that it is presented in the best possible light. Contact me today and lets talk!
Absolutely! I can give you free a market analysis on your home. Using local market data and the information you give me about your home, I can produce an informational report to help you price your home for sale. Let's get it listed and sold!
Commissions are negotiable and I would love to have the opportunity to explain what it looks like to work with me as your agent when buying or selling your home!
Since the rules governing how we do business have changed, it is now mandatory for buyers to fill out either exclusive or non-exclusive agency contracts with a realtor. If, as a buyer, you have signed a representation contract with another agent, I advise going over the terms of that contract, so you know if you are contractually obligated to work with that agent and for how long.
